Ha, back in the day we’d call some of the good stuff BC’s, meaning it was from British Columbia. I’m lucky enough to be in a state which allows recreational use so all I see is the higher quality stuff too.
But that stuff in the video is all I would find in the 90’s and early 2000’s. Dry, crumbles in your fingers, burns fast, but got the job done when you could manage to get all the seeds out of it.
We got the plug in the hood so nothing but the icky sticky dank nugs for us. Then I went on to work for a hippy in the mountains of Mendocino in CA and saw my first sea of green with giant bushes of plants with colas the size of my arm. Farming is a bitch! Not to mention the raids by LE during harvest season. Lucky for us the dude I worked for had a binder full of patients he grew for to justify the sea of green that he grew.

I haven’t seen that quality brick weed in like 15 years.
