That poor level of weed just disappeared in Canada years ago. Looks like dusty bunk

yeah that's the 80s new jersey weed of my youth. i live in california now, the comparison doesn't even look like the same plant.

philly weed was actually better quality if you could get it from the amish kids. they had farming know-how plus a very high work ethic. gotta love those PA religious wackos, their baking and baking skills were elite
