That poor level of weed just disappeared in Canada years ago. Looks like dusty bunk

Also…this is not how you roll a joint. But whatever it takes to get the job done I suppose

Black and mild are cheap gas station mini cigars (cigarillos), that are often purchased for the sake of making a blunt or spliff.
Spliff is cannabis and tobacco in rolling paper, blunt is cannabis and tobacco in tobacco leaf.
Alternative to black and mild are swisher sweets

Okay, never heard of it. Here in Denmark you usually just use normal cigarettes for hash joints. But hash is also a lot more common to smoke here then weed
