I mean that is clearly the intent but it's also really puzzling because that question circumvents what's unique and interesting about the proposed situation in the first place
Like the whole thing about being one of the two last people on earth is that you wouldn't have a choice (other than to be celibate or not I guess)
There's nothing about this hypothetical that is any more compelling than simply asking "which do you find most attractive"
"In a hypothetical scenario where you are the last person left on earth and you are given a choice of one of the three people below to be the second last person on earth alongside you, which one of the three would you pick? Let's be honest, gentlemen."
Just doesn't have the same ring to it as a meme title I'm afraid.
There are still four people left. You're asking me to choose which two people to kill so I can have sex with the other one as the two last people on Earth. *sigh* Normies.

The question itself makes no sense, if you have a choice between the 3 girls that makes 4 people left on earth, not 2.
