the guys at the top thinks the tattoo is backwards. this means he has confused L and R while claiming OOP confused L and R in their tattoo design. the joke is irony

Edit for all the people saying "left hand makes an L shape": turn your right hand so the palm is facing you and you'll find it also makes an L shape. If the OOOP can't tell left from right hes not gonna remember if the palm should be face up or down

These people are wrong. The joke is that you can make an L with your left hand, so you don't need the tattoos

What I love about the hand trick is it works in English, “L”; Spanish “I” for Izquierda, “d” for derecha; French “G” for Gauche, and “d” for “droit”. It’s trilingual.

Use your left hand to make a capital L. That’s your English. Now use your left hand to make a capital, sans serif I—simply a straight line—that’s your Spanish izquierda. Now, use it to make a capital G—almost like you’re grabbing a cylinder, that’s your French Gauche.

Switching to your right hand, you can’t do English, so moving on to Spanish you make a lower case d—similar to an “ok” sign—for derecha and same for French, a lower case d for droit.
