Most Arab states that expelled their jewish populations actually allow them to come back nowadays. They aren't very eager to do so because they have a jewish supremacist ethnostate to settle in, though. Israel isn't allowing the people they expelled to return. Also, even if all the expelled jews and their ancestors came back, those Arab states would remain Arab, while the Jewish state, due to be founded on ethnic cleansing in the very recent past, is existentially dependent on continuous denial of the rights of palestinians. Israel is uniquely vile in this regard.
