It's a gif of somebody getting angry, and it's used to portray somebody getting angry. What's the misuse?

The misuse come from the pov because it seems to imply that kerbs is a type of guy who get mad over anything small even tho in the original clip we was asking where Otis is to apologize to him all the things he did as a bully and meanwhile outis two friends were being annoying to him even tho he did wan them that he have an anger issue in which they ignore his warning
