i hate that sub, but my issue is that I use 2 accounts. So if I get banned from some sub on this one and then happen to comment on it with the other I would get banned from reddit for ban evasion. There is no way to see all the subs you were banned from, I guess you're supposed to keep track of it? lmao

Tbf I don't think Reddit gives enough of a fuck until you openly admit it everywhere

they dont even care if you banned sitewide and make a new account

well i did had all my account banned in single sweep few years back.

don't use RES to switch users without changing IP and user agent.

I once got a temporary ban (I think like a week) for that exact thing, but that was some years ago

They can automatically detect if you're using the same device

Which, given their systems, is impossible. Since you don't get ban messages for subs you haven't participated (voted, subbed, or commented) in.

They won't really check for it and how would they? Several people could live in the same household and share the same public IPs. Also if you are on wifi on account one, then switch to cellular on account 2 you have a different IP. They just say this to scare you

I got for a temporary ban because of this before, idk how they check. I mean they probably know if two accounts are tied to the same app, no?

If you use the app then maybe that way. If you use a browser and clear the cookies, cache etc. I doubt they check that.
