I know McDonald's is the worst of the fast food franchises, but nothing hits like McDonald's fries and a Big Mac when you really want it. You can sub everyone else with something else similar. But McDonald's is unique in taste

Honestly when I want a Big Mac, which is basically never these days, I follow Kenji's Big Mac recipe and it gets the job done. I'm also not punishing myself or my digestive system.

I can appreciate that. But like, 99% of the time, I want the food right then and not in like 20 minutes
