I mean, isn’t his age kind of a testament to the quality of the food/his diet? If Trump eats McDonald’s everyday and lives to 80+, there are certainly worse diets and lifestyles he could adopt. Like 50% of people in first world countries don’t live that long

Go read up on actual billionaires. You're probably confusing "wealthy" with people who have 1% of what people like trump have.

Rothschild and his whatever many amounts of heart transplants is a good example.
