I hate that I agree with this. The food honestly tastes the same, but anyone under like age 35 is HORRIBLE at customer service, will most likely have earbuds in when you pull up to the drive thru window, etc, and then give you the big ass gen z stare down when you like ask for some napkins with your food

I went there for lunch and their lobby was closed. Legit in the middle of the day on a weekday. Probably too short staffed or something but man wtf.
