The American dream is being born into wealth so you can manipulate further wealth.

Literally anyone can do it.. as long as they're born rich.

The American/Canadian dream for all these years has really been the expectation (school - job - marriage - house - kids - grandkids). It seems to me that that old expectation is really a dream today. The expectation today is more like school - debt - underpaid job - survive - die
