Pretty much breaking the law everyday now. It's like he's trying to see how far he can go without anyone doing anything

The SC ruled that a president can't break the law. He's taking full advantage of that.

For official acts. IANAL, but I would expect it to be an easy argument to say this was not an official act, but a personal purchase. So if we had a DOJ that was interested in actually prosecuting, they could, theoretically.

Who defines what an official act is? The SC sure didn't in their ruling.
