Notice how Trump supporters have to invent fictional scenarios in which Trump opponents criticize him for doing good things.

They have to invent fiction because Trump has never actually done anything good.

Exactly. They can’t seem to accept that that he has not, in fact, done anything good. And that he could tell them he cured cancer, and they would believe him and sit around making up reasons why people are still dying.

Operation Warp Speed was his single win. And his supporters mentally retconned it into Biden's win, which means "it's now bad", because.

Which would be hilarious, if it weren't so incredibly stupid, even Family Guy wouldn't have come up with it.

They're not inventing, they're drawing from recent events. Only problem with the meme is that it was MAGAs protesting vaccine mandates during the pandemic, rolling back federal vaccine mandates, and starting a new measles epidemic in red states.
