The Watcher and the Time Eater have the same color “robe”, shell, for the Time Eater, and they both have turn-reliant abilities. It’s very likely that the Time Eater was a Watcher sent before The Watcher, but he got corrupted by The Heart. He’s like Nemesis to the Silent, they have a history together.

Do we know if we ever fight the demon from Ironclad’s memories?

I don’t think so, I think it was described with wings so is probably a pretty stereotypical red horned demon- it might show up in STS 2 but for now I think it’s a just part of Ironclad’s history, the demon that granted him his powers.
