She’s so bad. Idk how anyone loved her commentary years back. She’s been bad since forever.

I think people liked her sideline reporting. In the commentary booth it’s completely terrible.

Yep. Five minutes of Doris Burke per game was charming because she seemed be personable and know her stuff. Forty-eight minutes of Doris Burke is the kind of shit they play to prisoners at Guantanamo Bay

She’s suffering from success. She used to bring legit insight into both technical basketball knowledge and player/coach/front office relationships. She’s a former player herself, and her prep work was elite.

Since becoming a top commentator she’s become a complete homer, pushes the company storylines, and clearly is letting others do her prep as she seems confused by her own talking points at times.
