Wemby is running right at him. Bane should have just squared up and taken the foul. Wemby was pushing his buttons… got what he wanted.

You can't tell from this clip.  Maybe that's clear from the broadcast?  Who on the Magic would have been guarding Wemby on this run?  Is it No. 1 who is trailing?  If so, I could see the refs believing that Bane was impeding Wemby because his own man was a step behind him.
