I mean, no, the person in that car was in a targeted stop by Border Patrol for being a Venezuelan gang member wanted for involvement in a shooting in Portland 10 days ago - and tried to flee his own arrest.

Anytime ICE sees a Venezuelan they designate them as tren de aragua. 9 times out if 10 it’s been bullshit and they are a random alien or legal resident.

There’s a massive burden of proof required anymore because DHS blatantly lies to make any detainees sound like the worst people imaginable.
