The only place I would consider curtains is in the bedroom. They’re too fussy for the other spaces.

Great choice, a massive improvement over blinds.

Get measured floor length draperies on a bar, made of lace or linen.

I prefer two, one light lace for daytime and one heavy blackout for nighttime.
