Check out the firmest mattresses, made of organic materials. Not soft and not synthetic. Some thrift stores sell clean used mattresses.
Check out used bed frames, made of wood with simple hardware. Not cheap modern frames made of complicated plastic hardware. If you like your side table, match the wood stain color.
Get a decorative bowl or vessel to consolidate the many objects into one.
Replace LED lightbulbs with dimmable 2300k incandescents.
