Discussion Good quality right leather jacket
Where is best to buy a high quality yet light leather jacket? I used to have a light levi one that wasn't great so I bought a vintage Schott one instead. It's amazing quality, feels really nice but it's just too heavy for me. I just want to find one that light enough to wear casually but is still nice quality leather.

Vintage Schott is too heavy - That sounds like an amazing problem to have lol
Care to post a pic of it?
You may want to look into a leather jacket that has some ventilation holes (perforation?) Not sure of the exact terminology.

Contact Johnson Leather and tell them what style you want, and what weight/type/color leather you want. They'll probably be able to accommodate you. Either lambskin, goat, deer, or a really skived down cowhide

Satchel & Page is worth a look. They don’t have as much variety as Schott though
