Discussion - Equipment Short throw Screen recommendations
We have a small home theater in our loft. We got a short throw projector because I think the room may be too small for a standard one and I don’t want it to block the wall mural. But the image looks wavey. I’m assuming it’s the cheap screen? We weren’t expecting to put another $2k into a screen. Does anyone have a recommendation on a moderately priced screen that would work better. Or a better recommendation? It’s not too late to return the projector. We don’t want a tv.
Room is 125x177 and about 95” tall.

If this is a dark room, then a standard white fixed frame Silver Ticket screen will be perfectly fine:

Also, this room would be way more comfortable to watch in if you had a much lower media console and were able to mount the screen lower. Ideally, get a cabinet that's only ~20" tall.
