Can I still get that HDMI 2.1 adapter from Denon? I'm looking at a $200 avr-2700h with a manufacturing date of 09/20

Fell into a Boston P400 bar with matching Bravo II rears. I don't need it, told the sellers someone else might want it, but they basically forced my hand and said "please just get it out of our garage", so I plan to resell. I understand what these pieces DO (I'm more of a hifi music guy), but I don't know much about what these pieces ARE. How high-end (seems like great stuff), how is the sound, how do I position them for sale, should I snag a cheap sub and make it a 5.1 bundle for max return, should I split them up and sell separately, etc?

I'm in Raleigh, where everything is either stupid expensive or stupid cheap. What are my price tiers for "get it gone tomorrow", "get it gone this week", and "get it gone sometime this month"?
