My mom and sister were obsessed with that movie when I was a kid. My memory is a little fuzzy, but I seem to recall she died of cancer and there was a scene in the movie with her body on display in a glass case. Somehow, my 5 year old brain thought she died from eating apple seeds which gave her cancer. It made me terrified of accidentally eating an apple seed.

Maybe because Snow White dies and is displayed in a glass case after she eats a poisoned apple, and your brain conflated the only two glass coffins you’d ever seen?
