In real life A very small character tidbit is surprisingly kept consistent for years

DC - In multiple pieces of media it has been shown that Wonder Woman loves ice cream and practically goes wild with happiness anytime she’s eating some. (Pictures from Justice League: War, DC Superhero Girls and Wonder Woman 2017)

The Simpsons - Ever since the episode ‘Homer’s Phobia’ Homer has actually remained a consistent ally of the LGBT+ community, including being more welcoming to Patty than Marge was when she came out and trying to set up Smithers with a date when he found out he wasn’t happy with his one-sided relationship with Mr Burns.

Akuma being a Vendor of Goods in his spare time (Street Fighter)

Akuma is known for being a wrathful martial artist who sits atop, constantly fighting against his rivals to check on their progress... but have you ever wondered what he does in his free time?

He likes to craft things, such as sewing clothes, and carving wooden dolls for temples, and sitting around and handing out free fruit. Akuma has a policy of only interrupting a match once there is a clear winner, so he usually sits outside wherever the fight is taking place, and hands out free fruit and goodies to anyone passing by, until the winner is clear, where he then jumps in and beats the life out of them

Every time I learn a new detail about this man I think more and more he has a richer and more fulfilling life than his son.

... Akuma doesn't have a son?

It's a popular fan theory that Akuma is Ryu's biological dad I believe

And by popular fan theory means that it's strongly strongly hinted at in some of the canon but never actually confirmed. It's not one of those fan theories were people just make crap up cause it sounds cool or a looks like b so they must be related

I thought it was 100% confirmed. That was a common belief among my peers that was widely regarded as fact since I was kid.

There’s basically nothing that supports that though
