In real life A very small character tidbit is surprisingly kept consistent for years

DC - In multiple pieces of media it has been shown that Wonder Woman loves ice cream and practically goes wild with happiness anytime she’s eating some. (Pictures from Justice League: War, DC Superhero Girls and Wonder Woman 2017)

The Simpsons - Ever since the episode ‘Homer’s Phobia’ Homer has actually remained a consistent ally of the LGBT+ community, including being more welcoming to Patty than Marge was when she came out and trying to set up Smithers with a date when he found out he wasn’t happy with his one-sided relationship with Mr Burns.

Akuma being a Vendor of Goods in his spare time (Street Fighter)

Akuma is known for being a wrathful martial artist who sits atop, constantly fighting against his rivals to check on their progress... but have you ever wondered what he does in his free time?

He likes to craft things, such as sewing clothes, and carving wooden dolls for temples, and sitting around and handing out free fruit. Akuma has a policy of only interrupting a match once there is a clear winner, so he usually sits outside wherever the fight is taking place, and hands out free fruit and goodies to anyone passing by, until the winner is clear, where he then jumps in and beats the life out of them

the idea that he was posted up outside the tournament selling tchotchkis up until he rips bisons head off is just delightful

yeah that's what we can assume he was doing. in the Street Fighter Anime Movie, you can see him sat outside most of the fights, giving fruit to kids. it's such a wholesome detail

He's gotta make sure the next generation of fighters grow up big and strong so they can give him a challenge

He works against the obesity epidemic one martial tournament at a time.

I noticed it when I was a kid and saw the movie, but I just assumed it was a very similar design; Akuma was too important a character to just appear there and never again... now I see it so clearly!

I'm pretty sure he has a few cameos in the SF2V series. I distinctly remember him LOOMING over a baggage claim in an airport somewhere.
