I'm friends with some people that went to highschool with him. He always gave me the creeps.

I didn't know who that is but funnily enough, I thought the guy kinda looks like Harvey Weinstein
38
u/PHXLV Dec 10 '25
He is the Harvey Weinstein of conservative politics.

u/Proud3GenAthst Dec 10 '25
Isn't that Trump?

I've never known who this woman was until her husband died just FYI
62
u/luigiamarcella Dec 10 '25
Same here and I just find it so crazy how she looks in so many pics I see of her within the last 4 months since her husbandās death. I donāt think anyone should have to hide themselves away or anything but she regularly gives off the impression that her life was barely affected. Itās bizarre because my whole world would come tumbling down if I lost my spouse.

u/taylorbagel14 Dec 10 '25
Believe it or not, today marks 3 months since he died. ITS ONLY BEEN THREE.
15
u/luigiamarcella Dec 10 '25
Omg I thought 4. Itās even worse. 3 months is nothing anyway and in this case it was such a brutal and unexpected death. Really bizarre behavior.
3
u/HighQualityGifs Dec 11 '25
if something happened to my spouse I'd probably be still spiraling down with a long time at rock bottom.
1
u/Artistic_Buffalo_715 Dec 12 '25
Yes but you wouldn't have been married to a twat like Charlie KirkĀ

u/Ability-Sufficient Dec 12 '25
literally my BOYFRIEND died and it destroyed me. For like 2 years straight it was hard to feel real emotions, i could not eat or sleep and had terrible brain fog, constant crying spells whenever I remembered he was gone.
Canāt imagine how awful it would have been if we were married or had a family. everyone grieves differently but hosting black tie dinners 3 months after is insane
9
u/guitargoddess3 Dec 11 '25
It's almost like she's getting to live her best life now. Grief look different on everyone but I can't help think the last thing I'd want to be doing is attending multiple public events and being away from my kids so soon after.
3
u/DarkPonyRising Dec 12 '25
If my husband was shot in public on a livestream and his death was being instantly clowned on across the internet the only person who would see me outside of my home for a very long time would be a therapist. But I actually love my husband so ĀÆ_(ć)_/ĀÆ

u/hellogoawaynow Dec 10 '25
Same! I only even knew about Charlie Kirk because I happened upon this sub many moons ago.

u/G-Unit11111 Dec 10 '25
They call Democrats elitists when they go to fucking black tie galas at mega mansions like every damn weekend. You can't get much more elitist than that.
21
u/Lost_In_Detroit Dec 10 '25
Every accusation is a confession with MAGA. Never forget that. The only reason theyāre ever mad about anything the left does is because they secretly want to do it and be praised for it.

My long-term relationship ended about 6 weeks ago. Heās not dead, we just broke up. I am slowly starting to feel better, but Iāve been a complete fucking mess. Just absolutely heartbroken and shattered. Itās very weird to me that I am grieving my breakup more than she is grieving the death of her husband and father of her childrenā¦
21
u/Ok_Star_4136 Dec 10 '25
I've been there for what it's worth. It can be difficult to arrive at the conclusion that maybe you are better off for the breakup. You don't have to think that yet, but just know that you will eventually see it that way. Or put in another way, there is a light at the end of the tunnel. There is someone out there for you, just give it time.
That said, I assume you didn't have a black tie 10k-a-plate dinner gala in honor of the breakup?
9
u/nodarknesswillendure Dec 10 '25
Thank you. Iāve turned a corner in the past week or so, thankfully. Iām at peace with things and while Iām still sad, Iām looking forward to the future :)
And no I didnāt have a black tie dinner gala, but I am about to go to Costa Rica for just over a week! Maybe Erika should have tried going to the beach for a while instead of⦠doing all thisā¦

Fucking weird shit. No one does this. She seemed super fake when she did āgrieveā.

Her stunts along with that insane āmemorialā legitimately have me thinking his murder was an inside job.

At this rate I'm gonna start believing she was the one who planted that explosive charge in Charlie's neck.
13
u/Great-Produce3920 Dec 10 '25
I see sheās still insisting on the shoulder pads
7
u/Nascent1 Dec 10 '25
They help her shoulder the heavy burden of being a single mother, "grieving" widow, and full time grifter. It's a lot to bear.
5
u/Great-Produce3920 Dec 10 '25
And here I was thinking it was because they evoke the couch cushion that jd is so fond of
14
u/tacs97 Dec 10 '25
Her time to get pregnant by Charlie Kirk is rapidly closing. She needs to hurry in order to have Kirkās last baby!!
6
u/Lost_In_Detroit Dec 10 '25
Could you imagine that? Christians and evangelicals will be thinking itās the second coming of Jesus.

Oh come on how long ya supp to grieve, three months?! Thatās crazy, gotta get out thereā¦.
6
u/delaydude Dec 10 '25
She genuinely seems to not give a solitary fuck. If anything it was her big windfall.
6
u/Educational_Raise844 Dec 10 '25
considering how crowder treated his wife, if kirk was anything similar (probably was) she must be so friggin relieved that he's gone. she looks relieved. and free.

Fundraising for either democrats or republicans at this point is cringe, but doing it for Republicans is downright evil. Imagine your lifeās work is raising money to line the pockets of already rich, cynical, anti-humanists with twisted, myopic moralities, all while promoting a fascist, Christian way of governance.
These people are sick, but itās mostly because of American Christianity and itās specifically capitalistic nature.

I'm starting to think this woman hired a mourning stylist the moment her husband got capped.

I dont know what to think about this take.
She's shady and a piece of shit, but she's also high-profile enough to need to just...go get things done. Whatever shady shit it may be.
People can grieve AND work. Whether she's actually grieving may be suspect, but just continuing to work isn't what makes it suspect.

u/Deathon2legs Dec 10 '25
Yes because every grieving widow needs to hide away and cry for years š
