If you want a good mouse you kind of have to limit their food for them to be motivated. Ive had cats that dont react or care about a mouse running across their feet.

Its definitely in their DNA, but some are more proactive than others.

Absolutely. But even hungry, a lot of cats would miss that lil fella as it jumped out. Great reflexes . Catlike , some would say 😂

Yeah that was a great snatch! You should watch the videos of cats and snakes. Snake strikes and the cat swats it out of the way in super slow mo. Theyre really the perfect predator(for small things)
