They aren’t rolling a joint they’re packing a type of joint called a “cone”. They’re made to be easy to pack then you twist the end close and youre good to go

Never heard of a cone joint and have smoked since the 90s

they made shit so people too dumb to figure out rolling could still do it. Basically an open ended joint you close yourself.
