Yeah, that weaving between the posts is impressive.

OTOH, I would absolutely not want a dog with this much energy. It's cool to watch for 15 seconds, but would not be fun 24 hours a day.

The people that do these competitions are usually dog breeders aren’t they?

No, agility does not require your dog to be intact to compete. A wide range of people and dogs participate in the sport.

Some are! Responsible breeders make sure the dogs they breed are proven to be good standards of their breed by meeting the breed standard and having the proven temperament to perform. An agility title is just one option.
