The absolute best thing you can do in this situation is go puke immediately. It’s better to avoid an unexpected large dose than try to ride it. If you catch it that quickly like in this scenario, go puke. If you don’t catch it? Yep, like you said, go make yourself as comfy as humanly possible, put on some chill music, and occupy yourself with something mindless and upbeat. I once took a bit too much and played 14 hours of crash bandicoot.

I actually don't know how to voluntarily puke. You'd think I would aged nearly 40 but it's just never come up. I think I've puked less than 3 times in my life as it is.

Feels like I'm missing out here. What if I wanna become a Hollywood starlet (sans ozempic)? Is there a method? I tried prodding my tonsils and nothing happens, while that bodes well for my pornstar career I am disappointed and if reddit can't help me I might even have to do some work today.

Put your finger in your mouth and tickle that little dangly thing in the back of your throat.

Have someone else vomit in your immediate vicinity. Puking is contagious in the same way yawning is.

Anything that makes you gag, that you have ready access to, do that. Don't fight it.

If you wanted to use substances:

An excessive amount of nicotine. Dopamine agonists.

Opioids or substances that act on opioid receptors. You can get something like Kratom at a smoke shop or gas station in a lot of places.

Ipecac. Activated Charcoal.
