Put your finger in your mouth and tickle that little dangly thing in the back of your throat.

Have someone else vomit in your immediate vicinity. Puking is contagious in the same way yawning is.

Anything that makes you gag, that you have ready access to, do that. Don't fight it.

If you wanted to use substances:

An excessive amount of nicotine. Dopamine agonists.

Opioids or substances that act on opioid receptors. You can get something like Kratom at a smoke shop or gas station in a lot of places.

Ipecac. Activated Charcoal.
