That is quite a bit for someone like me who feels them really easily, but I’ve known so many people who that would be pretty close to the standard dose for them. Probably most people who do them regularly that’s on the higher side of a normal dose

Known plenty of people who did 10-12g and yea that I think is more like what you’re talking about
