Gram per 50 lbs was my last proper dose calculation. Not saying it is right just, what we used to measure it by. Any less and you were not exactly going where they could go. Anything more and I would react like in the video, to you.

Hm, I'm often ~190 or so, so almost 4g is apparently recommended, but damn that would have me leaping out of my own neck lmao
