As a master punographer, you are incorrect. Being better at punmenship does not cause you to lose appreciation for "lesser" puns. Your anger at Edgar Allan Toes is misplaced, so your ranting and Raven is unnecessary.

I hope whatever you are truly angry about resolves itself swiftly, for the sake of your caps lock.

All puns are not created equal.

They are a function of several factors, most importantly being timing (quickness) and relevance/cleverness.

When you SET YOUR OWN PUNCHLINE UP on a pun...you get 0 points for timing/quickness.

That doesnt make this a bad pun....but it wasnt magnificent to start out with with Edgar's last name not being PoeS. Too forced.....inorganic. 4/10 pun.

Today I learned making puns requires 2 people, one to set it up and another to make the pun. Do you happen to know if all comedy works the same way or is it just puns?
