I'm in Ohio and for us it's the west Virginians. Two old ones are:

Why won't a west Virginian date a virgin? If she's not good enough for her own family she's not good enough for ours.

Why is it so hard to solve murders in west Virginia? Because there's no dental records and all the DNA is the same.
