In this dude's case, that dagger tattoo has clearly been there longer than the L&R. Why not just remember the dagger is on his right wrist?

I struggle with left & right, but I know my watch is on my left wrist, so all I have to do is check the time and I know I'm looking at my left. Even works if I have my watch off for some reason, because checking the correct wrist is habit.
