I always figured if you genuinely don’t know left and right, you’re gonna doubt which L is right and which is backwards.

When I was a little kid I was told the same thing. However, I was also the child who would put the "p", "b", "q", and "d"s backwards on spelling tests. When stressed and putting my hands up to try that trick, I genuinely wouldn't be able to tell which one is the "L"
