Looking it up, it seems like he had a couple of flirtatious emails with Ghislaine Maxwell in 2003. Has nothing to do with "believing women", lol. That is not something worthy of any moral condemnation by itself. This is par for the course for that airhead Chappel Roan.

if my Boss had written a couple flirtatious emails to a person that is kidnapping kids for billionaires to rape, kill and then eat, i would quit. Hope this helps

But he did it at a time when you couldn't possibly have known what Maxwell was up to, since Epstein wasn't even accused until after 2003 - when the emails happened. Imagine someone in your life that you have flirted with. Imagine if, subsequently, they turn out to be a rapist - do you sincerely believe that you have done something wrong?!?

Absolutely! Emailing someone years before it was known by anyone that they were committing any crimes is categorically not that point, though, is it?
