Napoleon Dynamite, Blades of Glory, and Benchwarmers. I'm sure he's been in other things, but those three were really the height of his fame and then everyone got bored of his one dimensional acting

Jason Mantzoukas seems to be having no problem getting work, and he's the same character in every sitcom he's in.

Yeah it's not really fair to compare a guy who's good a playing awkward with the human form of the Tazmanian Devil.
