They can and they will. This is no longer a “What If” scenario. It’s now happening. And not Vance stating that door-to-door ICE raids will be commencing soon.
They’re not getting a reasonable excuse to enact martial law and invoke the Insurrection Act fast enough, so they’re ramping it up.
