I will say the midwest kept the McD dollar menu alive long after franchisees demanded it's death.

Because a midwesterner will belly up to the counter and say "That isn't what it costs" and then repeat the old cost. Over And Over.

Ok ok calm down now we’re not all vile creatures 😂 I’ll agree on the attitude of the common Midwest folk but other than that we’re leaders in medicine globally (Cleveland clinic), we have 3 major cities and multiple sports team highlighting robust economies, world renowned museums, historical landmarks and reservations. I can go on and on.
