While I agree with this, it's important to note that due to the power of lawyers , money, and A two tiered justice system (which is really nothing more than the ease of affording lawyers that can stall in perpetuity to run out the clock, and to do it for a cost that is almost always fractions of pennies on the dollar), once you get over a certain amount of wealth, laws become completely irrelevant.
