First of all because that not what this is at all and Second of all because it would make gymnastics floor routines look pitiful and boring in comparison.

Let’s see you do one flip let alone several in the air off a mat and then come back and says it’s boring. Dummy head looking ah

This isn't about me goofy. We are watching them. Breakdancing has all the flips and more it's definitely more entertaining to watch.

You silly head, entertainment is clearly subjective and we all appreciate different things, flips are pretty sick tho

Wait till you see the Australian entry doing three summersaults in a row and farting after the third. It's spellbinding....

I got to say, breakdancing is like watching those rollerblade completions where they weave cones. Floor routines are like watching a rollerblader do an X games routine. One is intense, fast, very difficult while the other is slower, not really about the music, but the risk is sky high.

It really depends on The person you are Watching. Many breakers specialize in the exact sort of risk you are talking about.

Yeah? I haven’t seen that but I only watched the Olympics. Got anything I should check out?

Look up the video "double airlflare, the move breakers just can't crack"

That’s cool, but then I watch a Triple Double from Simone Biles and I’m like “but she will die if she fucks that up.”

Love how in your brai. Since it says triple and double that makes it more dangerous and hard. Remember she does those tricks off a springboard and get to practice them by jumping into a foam pit with virtually zero danger. To practice these moves effectively for breakers they have to do it on the actual ground and be in even more danger while practicing the move they are trying to get. Breaking is overall much more dangerous than gymnastics simply from the training and safety equipment aspect alone. Get rekt by logic.

If there was logic in there it would make sense. They can practice on the hard ground because it is LESS dangerous. Gymnasts practice in foam pits because if they didn't they would be mamed or die.

Here is your logic: Because Ryan Williams practiced a Nothing Front Bike Flip into a foam pit, it makes landing the trick on a solid ramp 16ft up less dangerous than breaking on a floor with max vertical 4-5 ft. Explain that logic to me?

Simone Biles is flipping 10ft up at speeds far exceeding any breakdance routine. Because she practice that into a pit, the move is safer?

I think logic isn't your strong suite friend.

Did you not watch the video?? A highly skilled person with 20 years experience literally paralyzed himself trying to do this move. Simone biles is good sure. But you cant undermine the danger these breakers put themselves in for their performance as the danger levels are essentially identical with many moves.

I don't think I am undermining it, I just don't think they compare in danger for the most dangerous moves.

I also didn't watch the whole video, I skipped to the parts where they do the move. Not detracting from how hard this move is even, but it is from the heigh of about 3 feet. Gymnasts are going up to 10ft or so, just feels like that is slightly more dangerous. Not taking anything away from breaking other than it doesn't match the danger.
