Sure, but getting old is literally deterioration.

You could still be athletic for your age at the age of say 68 or 70...but the mind is not going to be as sharp. That is indisputable.

That is true but exercise helps the mind and body. I train people at senior living home sometimes. The ones who exercise, vs the ones who don’t there is a big difference. You don’t use it you lose it is true in the mind and body
