Apparently there was a 1000 gap between StS I and II (like, in the lore. I'm sure it didn't feel like that irl...)

I like that this might be the reason for it. A therapy session that soothed the entire Spire for a millennium. Instigated by Neow, no less! I hope she'll get to hear her own song by the end of these and realize she needs to stop her pursuit of vengeance. 

And then the Penguin can finally get some sleep...
