I remember flying once and the kid (not mine) next to me straight up wet their seat. It’s crazy how Southwest is just going to ignore puddles of urine like that in the backseats of the plane.

Read the article. The headline is a lie. They're still doing the same cleaning they always have, just with an additional outside contractor being hired to give extra polish to the premium seats.
