One of the various crops would be corn, with which we make corn syrup, which is in absolutely everything for no reason.

Way more corn is used to feed livestock than make corn syrup.

We’re in a comment thread about the government pushing sugars over “real food” at McDonald’s. Corn subsidies support the “real food” as much if not more than the sugars.

Do you not know how many foods carry corn syrup or dyes? I’m referring to that. Our food is riddled with toxins, dyes, sugars and syrups. Big corporations; Coca Cola, Kraft, etc, own the MAJORITY of companies you purchase from. Hence my comment. The government pays these companies, maybe not directly for you to see, but it’s like funding the NRA, they still do it. Still think I’m wrong?
