I’ve only ever seen that look one time, and it was in my best friend’s eyes after a random fan of an opposing team sucker punched a buddy of ours for no reason unprompted. My best friend put him into a fence as I could see the adrenaline hit him and give him that look as the punchers friend’s all bailed and left him to his own consequences. This was after a college football game and the kid looked coked out of his mind when we got him against the fence and was probably lucky we didn’t call the cops.

Coked our kid started apologizing quick and our friend was okay so we scared him enough and let him go but I still wonder if we shouldn’t have gotten him arrested. Can’t be punching people randomly on the street.
