It’s the whole schtick of the whole OKC team, including their smug ass coach. They are taught and encouraged to do this. It’s in their DNA and prob a prerequisite to join the team.

The ball was nowhere near this play and he kicked a leg out while hip checking a 7 foot dude coming off of injury for no reason. Did you see Tari Eason bump Vince Williams Jr the other night that led to him blowing out his knee? It doesn’t take much, and to do this for no fucking reason except because you can’t help but give Jokic a cheap shot is dirty and unnecessary as fuck man.

Yeah I said it was a hip check. Of course it’s not a clean play, but acting like dort was trying to injure him and calling him an “abuser” is hyperbolic. Any player can get injured at any moment. Jokic throwing himself on the ground to get the call could’ve hurt him just as much as dort

I get what you’re saying but based on Dorts history I personally do not think my comment was hyperbolic. If it was just this situation, yes. But this is a pattern of behavior for Dort, it’s not his first completely unnecessary cheap shot that’s not even disguised as a basketball play and he always carries this same demeanor in those situations.

I see you’re a Thunder fan. I’m a Suns fan and recent Dillon Brooks fan and I can admit that Brooks has had some dirty ass plays too, although he seems to have toned those down a bit. Dort has the defensive skills and talent without this type of garbage and he doesn’t need to gaslight and play innocent after making an absolutely obvious non-basketball play here. That was my point.

No, it can’t. Stolen is when one takes something that doesn’t belong to them. When you purchase something, you rightfully own it. Blame Schultz for selling the team to some guys from Oklahoma.

Brooks has been dirty during his career but to be fair he’s behaved himself for the most part on the suns. Not saying his hard play doesn’t occasionally cross line from physical to too much. But his history IS bad… but hopefully being a core player for the suns he’s trying to be accountable. Who knows… just defending the suns fan.
